Great patients are the mainstay of any medical practice, and we rely heavily on word of mouth to grow. As a token of our appreciation for your referrals to our practice, we are pleased to announce our patient referral program. New patients are asked upon arrival whom we can thank for referring them.

Rules & Restrictions
You may receive an unlimited number of gift certficates for patients you refer to our practice, however, those patients must schedule and keep an appointment for treatment in our office ("treatment" includes exams & bloodwork). A maximum of 2 certificates will be granted per family referred (i.e., if you refer a family of 5, you will be given a maximum of 2 gift certificates for that referral).
